DRIVE SOUTH ON ROUTE 13 FROM Pocomoke City MAryland about 22 miles.

If you are using a map, Parksley Va is approximately 22 miles south of of Pocomoke City,maryland. Then look for Whites Neck Road which heads east from route 13. drive
east toward the ocean on whites neck road, and you will see a sign for oceanview on your left. It's close to the Ocean so use that as a marker. There is no control gate (see last picture) so drive on through the entry. Head straight through the roundabout and look for Lot 27 on your right. The lot is marked with signs showing lot 27 (see pictures below).Those signs are by the property survey mark. If you walk the property YOU will also see the tall white PVc poles in the marsh by the surveyors stakes. Two small pvc markers at the end of the grassy area are only to give you a rough orientation of how to line up the markers. There is no "FOR SALE" sign because the lot is clearly marked. Also, we have added an entry gate recently, so drop us an Email if you want access and we'll make sure you can get in.

The price is now $109,000 which is a bargain considering paved roads, underground utilities and other amenities.
